Privacy Policy

Arizona Wed (arizonawed.com) is a wedding vendor directory and editorial site for the Arizona market. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Accounts. When a vendor applies for a listing or a couple registers, we collect the details entered in those forms: name, email address, phone number, and for vendors the business name, location, website, social handles, pricing, descriptions, and the photos and videos uploaded to the listing. Wedding submissions include the names, vendor credits, and photos you send us.

Contact and application forms. Messages sent through the contact, advertising, and application forms are stored so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.

Payments. Vendor memberships are billed through Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's secure form and never reach our servers. We keep the payment status, amount, and Stripe's reference for each membership.

Technical data. Like any website, our servers and the services in front of them see your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you request. Our public forms are protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs invisibly and evaluates signals such as your IP address, browser characteristics, and TLS fingerprint. Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us aggregate, cookie-free page view counts.

Cookies. We set cookies only to keep you signed in to the vendor and couple portals (access_token, refresh_token, csrf_token). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to run the directory: to review and publish vendor listings, manage memberships and renewals, feature real weddings, answer your messages, send account and membership emails, and keep the site secure. Vendors who have opted in may also receive occasional emails about editions, features, and membership news.

Vendor listings are public by design. The business details, contact information, and media a vendor chooses to include in a listing are displayed on the site so couples can reach them.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who helps us process it

We rely on a small number of service providers, each of which processes data only to provide its service to us:

• Hetzner hosts the site and its database on a server in the United States, with encrypted backups copied to Hetzner storage in Finland. Hetzner privacy policy

How long we keep it

Account and listing information stays for as long as the account exists. Contact form messages and wedding submissions are kept as part of our records. Backups are retained for up to thirty days. When you ask us to close an account or remove a submission, we delete it from the live site promptly and it drops out of backups on that schedule.

Your choices

Vendors and couples can update their own details in the portal at any time. To close an account, remove a submission, or ask what we hold about you, email [email protected]. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link; account and billing emails continue for as long as you have an active membership.

Children

The site is intended for adults planning weddings and the businesses that serve them. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
