What is Arizona Wed for Wedding Vendors
Arizona Wed is a curated membership community, wedding directory, and editorial platform designed to connect Arizona's leading wedding professionals with couples and planners.
How do I become a member?
Arizona Wed is an invitation and referral-only community. Any current member can send vendors and invite to apply.
Existing members can log in and request a renewal.
How much does membership cost?
Membership is $400 per edition (season).
Spring Edition: January–June
Fall Edition: July–December
Membership can be purchased at any time during the edition, but access ends when that edition concludes.
Example: If you join the Fall Edition in September, your membership is still $400 and remains active through December 31. Joining later in the season does not change the membership fee or extend the membership beyond the end of that edition.
How does the Top 10 work?
Our Top 10 selections are editorially chosen each season and cannot be purchased.
All featured vendors are Arizona Wed members and pay the same membership fee. Top 10 recognition is simply an editorial highlight based on our seasonal selections, not an upgraded or paid placement.
What photos can I upload?
We only accept Arizona weddings and events. Your gallery should represent the work you want Arizona couples to see.
Can I edit my profile after it's live?
Yes. You can update your profile at any time. Changes may require approval before they appear live.
Can I refer another vendor?
Yes. Members can refer vendors they believe would be a great fit for Arizona Wed. Referred vendors will receive an invitation to apply.
How do wedding planners use Arizona Wed?
